After a cleared payment of the entry fee for the Competition has been processed, you will receive confirmation along with account login details to access your simulated trading account on our platform. Once this account is activated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
All entry fees represent a participation charge for joining the Competition and do not constitute a deposit or investment. No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be provided for reasons including, but not limited to: failure to participate, early withdrawal, disqualification due to rule violations, or technical issues related to your device, internet, or software.
In rare cases, and at the sole discretion of TradersArena, a refund may be considered if no trades were placed in the competition account after activation. For assistance, please contact our Support Team at support@tradersarena.io.
Participants who improperly dispute charges or request chargebacks with their bank or payment provider will be permanently banned from the Platform and forfeit any current or future participation rights.

By paying an entry fee for any Competition on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms of this Refund Policy.
